As seasoned property investors, we share our journey with many new and familiar faces at networking events. It’s great to be able to share our experiences and practices with people and learn together.
We specialise in large 8 bedroom (plus) holiday lets in prime tourist locations on the East Coast in North and East Yorkshire. We renovate the properties, repurpose and give them a new lease of life. Many of these properties are converted into beautiful holiday rental properties that we let out to guests the year-round.
With the time, experience, contacts and educational backing behind us, we are always looking for investors and “Joint-Venture” partners to work with to generate great returns. When we work with investors we’re often able to give above-inflation returns on the property investment projects we work on.

Our Holiday Let Property Portfolio
The Turrets
Situated close to the centre of Bridlington on the Yorkshire Coastline, this beautiful Holiday Let is a home from home. It sleeps 14, boasts lavish interiors including a large family kitchen, as well as an 8 seat hot tub in private walled garden.
Sunnyvale House
Located in the famous Yorkshire Tourist destination of Whitby, Sunnyvale House boasts accommodation for up to 16 guests over 4 floors, a games room for recreation, plus an 8 seat hot tub for those with a different definition of relaxation!
Rosedale House
Tucked away in the North Yorkshire village of Hummanby, this beautifully renovated holiday house boasts great views, fantastic amenities and is just a short distance from Hummanby Gap Beach. Rosedale House also has an 8 seat hot tub.
More than Just Holiday Cottages
In addition to the holiday lets, we also invest in other revenue generating property investments. This is not only to diversify, but also because not every good deal fits one particular strategy.
One particular strategy we know well is the HMO property investment. These HMOs or “Homes of Multiple Occupancy” are often large buildings that are repurposed with rooms rented out individually. This allows for a high cash-flow business from the property and again is another way we are able to give such great return on investment to the people who invest with us.
The HMOs we operate are again based in the East Yorkshire area and self-managed ensuring that we provide high-quality accommodation to professional clients who take the rooms.
Each HMO is renovated to a high standard in order to attract good tenants, along with common areas which are shared with all staying at the property.
